In ancient times, such tools were used to make them.
We are particular about making parts.
This is because the technique passed down from the Heian period does not use metal fittings for fasteners.
The length-adjustable parts also do not use metal fittings.
This part is called CHIRIMENNGUMI.
We use thick and durable string.

In addition, the strap of our design has a round decoration at the end.
This is called ODAMAKI.
Approximately 2 meters of string is wrapped around a round wooden core.
When you hang the strap on your shoulder, the round decoration becomes a focal point, making it a very impressive design.

Vermilion red. The strap is made using two colored threads and is inspired by the colors often seen in buildings such as shrines in Kyoto. The color is similar to the color of maple leaves seen in autumn in Japan.

Peacock green . The motif is the auspicious peacock. It was born from the requests of many customers.

Jet black. It features a black and purple color scheme. This is a popular strap with a rare combination of noble shades of purple and black.

Pale pink. The motif is the cherry blossoms in full bloom in Kyoto. Two pink threads express the natural hues. An eye-catching strap with a soft cherry blossom-like image.

Hokusai Blue. A strap made with the motif of the color of the waves in Katsushika Hokusai's Thirty-Six Views of Mt. Fuji. This color is so popular among people overseas that it is often referred to as Japan Blue.
